Mercy Without Measure
In this homily, we reflect on the simple prayer, “Lord, have mercy,” and what it really means during Lent. We all long for God’s forgiveness, yet Jesus reminds us that the measure we give is the measure we receive. It’s not always easy to show mercy, especially in difficult relationships, but when we stop judging, presume the best, and choose to stay instead of run, our hearts begin to grow. God’s mercy has no limits — and as we receive it, He teaches us to love without measure too.
